I'm a Computer Science and Engineering graduate with over 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer. I am looking for full-time opportunities to build, learn and grow.
My interest in web development sparked back in 2016 when I was an undergrad and came across a small IEEE session organized by seniors.
Fast-forward to today, and I've had the privilege to engage in a diverse range of projects for a cancer research lab , a prominent automotive corporation, and a national space agency.
I'm currently seeking full-time job opportunities across the United States.
Here are a few technologies I've been working with recently:
When I go AFK, I capture moments, take long walks, travel, read books, and watch anime; lots and lots of it! (One Piece is my all-time favorite)
I develop applications to integrate diverse data sources into a data warehouse and monitor batch jobs to ensure smooth data transfer for decision-making. I also create background jobs using the Hangfire framework, collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into .NET applications, and enhance and maintain Cognos reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights for NYSED and school districts.
I analyzed differential gene expression data from bulk and single-cell RNA-seq experiments, integrating it with clinical outcomes to identify potential drug targets in pancreatic cancer. I also collaborated with senior researchers, provided analytics for RNA profiling projects, and identified data outliers using visualization tools to ensure the accuracy of research findings.
By conceptualizing and executing a custom library, I improved C# tool tracking, enhancing both online and offline monitoring capabilities. Additionally, I developed specialized enterprise tools in Python and C# that accelerated calibration analysis by 50%. My leadership extended to a Bosch Worldwide website redesign, elevating the user experience for 80% of its users through Open API Specification. I ensured code quality by creating White Box Units and Integration tests in C#. Moreover, I provided crucial support for Java and C# tools by offering internal Compilation and Encryption assistance. These initiatives were conducted within the Microsoft .Net Development Environment, using Agile and Scrum frameworks, and promoting collaboration through Git and Sourcetree/Bitbucket.
I developed a robust distributed framework using the MPI (Message Passing Interface) to tackle intricate computational problems, ensuring efficient load distribution in parallel computing. I implemented centralized, peer-to-peer, and greedy communication techniques in MPI C++ on partitioned graph files. The results favored the greedy approach, demonstrating its superiority by avoiding issues like deadlock and starvation, making it the optimal choice.
Developing an Online Dictionary website with React and Node.js, hosted on IBM Cloud, to offer word meanings with pronunciation. This project involves the implementation of word parsing, Solr indexing, and MongoDB storage, alongside the creation of components for "Word of the Day" and "Trending Words" based on popular searches.
Designed, implemented, and simulated an 8-bit microprocessor, which integrated critical components including a program counter, instruction memory, register file, ALU, data memory, multiplexer, and control unit. Additionally, conducted extensive functional verification utilizing the Basys 3 FPGA board.
Developed a robust database management system and user-friendly web application to efficiently store, manage, and retrieve data related to branches, users, user accounts, and transactions, enhancing customer and staff interaction.
Conceptualized, tokenized, and deployed Pokemon cards into a decentralized ecosystem, fostering secure, transparent, and tamper-proof card trading while boosting trust and reliability within the community.
I am actively seeking opportunities within the United States, with a versatile skill set encompassing roles such as Software Developer, .Net Developer, Web Developer, Frontend Developer, and Full Stack Developer.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you believe I would be an excellent fit for your team!
